Year-to-date, total sales volume has increased by 0.3% in DC, while declining by 1.0% in Northern Virginia, 8.9% in Montgomery County and 1.9% in Anne Arundel County.

At the same time, median prices increased by 2.4% in DC, 2.1% in Northern Virginia, and 4.3% in Anne Arundel County, while declining by 1.4% in Montgomery County compared to the prior year.
