A month into 2019, Compass continues to excel in all regions throughout the DMV area. In DC, Compass has the #1 market share by volume with 21%, while in Montgomery County, Compass sells homes faster at 42 days compared to the market average of 51. In Alexandria, Compass prices homes right, selling homes for 98.3% of the list price on average.
